Flower cards from the Himalayas/India

These magnificently decorated flower cards come from a region in Northern India. Plan supports this project which is aimed above all at helping women who must take care of their families alone. Pressed flowers and plants are used to artistically decorate cards of handmade paper. The women are paid a fair wage which helps them to create something of their own, to send their daughters and sons to school, and to improve their living conditions.
