Black Kampot Pepper

For black pepper, the green, early fruits of the pepper plant are picked by hand, carefully sorted and processed. The berries are dried in the sun and turn black as fermentation begins. 

Black Kampot pepper surprises with its fine and warm pungency, its fragrance is reminiscent of fresh mint and clove. Freshly ground, it is a delight on steaks. Together with the roasted aromas, it ignites a firework for the senses. Also ideal for braised and grilled dishes, for dark sauces and hearty soups.

Red Kampot pepper

For red Kampot pepper, the fruits remain on the bush as long as possible. The deep red berries are carefully picked one by one from the panicles.  They are then heated quickly and only briefly to preserve their red colour. This pepper from Cambodia is ideal for autumnal dishes, game and desserts.

White Kampot pepper

To obtain white Kampot pepper, the red-ripe berries are placed in water and the pulp is carefully separated from the kernel by hand. After drying in the sun, a clear and fresh taste remains, making this pepper the perfect accompaniment to poultry, fish, pasta or grilled vegetables.
