Order Process

How can I order from the Plan Shop?

Registration

• - Please log in with your e-mail address and password if you already have a customer account.
• - if you do not yet have a customer account, please register as a new customer
• - You also have the possibility to order without creating a customer account. Click from the shopping cart on "Proceed to checkout". You will be taken to the "Shipping address" form. Should you wish to create a customer account after all, you will have the opportunity to do so after completing the order.

Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations (data protection). Your data will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties. If you are already registered, you can now select the shipping method. By clicking the button " Next " you reach the next order step.

Shopping cart

Select the products you wish to order by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. This will place your selection in the shopping cart. You can change this selection at any time until you send your order by changing the number of products, removing the selection by clicking the cross or canceling the order process. By clicking the button "Proceed to checkout" you get to the next ordering step.

Checkout

1. shipment
- Now check your shipping address. If you have additional addresses, you can select and/or edit them here. The goods will be delivered to the shipping address.

- You have the possibility to specify a different billing address in the following step.
- Please click on the desired shipping method. By clicking the button "Continue" you get to the next order step.

2. Review and Payments
- Check summary of order, shipping address and shipping method and edit if necessary

- Select payment method

- If you would like the invoice to be sent to a different address, click the check mark at "same address for order and dispatch". You can then enter your billing address.

- Please read the general terms and conditions and the revocation policy carefully.

You can only continue with the order if you agree to the general terms and conditions and the revocation policy (tick the checkboxes).

You complete the order process by clicking on the button "Place Order". By clicking the button "Place Order" you send your order to us. Herewith you make a legally binding offer.
